The Counselor in Training program at L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation is open to First Class Scouts age 14 or older. We offer you an opportunity to work at camp, receiving training and personal growth that could turn into paid summer staff positions.

We have two CIT tracks:

Jr. CIT for People 14+ for two week maximum opportunity

Sr. CIT for People 15+ summer long opportunities available. (You do not need to have previously served as a CIT to apply to be a Sr. CIT).
