Leadership development
is a lifelong skill that every youth should be exposed to. Leadership programming provides an opportunity for youth to step outside of their comfort zones. Every post-high school opportunity for today’s youth requires some sort of Leadership skills. The Boy Scouts of America has been instructing leadership skills in its youth for over 100 years. Our facilitators are well versed in programing that has been tried and tested on millions of youth across the country.
