Air Show/Camporee Meeting
By now you have probably heard the Council is hosting a 2010 Air Show on June 5-6. The Council is asking your troop to send a
representative to a meeting on Air Show assignments and information about the Camporee. The Council is looking forward to having the
Scouting community on full display again at the Air Show.

Air Show/Cub Scout Leader Meeting
All Cub Scout leaders are asked to attend a meeting on Tuesday, March 30th regarding the
upcoming Blue Angels Airshow on June 5-6, 2010.
Tuesday, March 30th, 7:00pm, St. Paul's Catholic Church, Bloomer WI (1222 Main Street). We will discuss ways your Pack can attend and support the airshow, as well as make plans for our Cub Scout program area, which will be available for youth to participate in on Saturday and Sunday. Area 1 Venturing
Calling all Venture Scouts, The Great Race to AREA 1 is coming! Come join us for a weekend of Food, fellowship and fun! Some activities will be C.O.P.E, shooting sports, guitar hero and more.
Cost is $25 before April 21st $30 after April 21st

Day Camp
All CVC Cub Scouts and families are invited to begin planning now to
participate in day camp during the summer of 2010. Camps will relate to the
theme “Centennial Celebration” commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Boy
Scouts of America. Day Camp is a great time for Scouts, parents, and siblings
to come together and participate in a variety of activities including: shooting
sports, games, crafts, Scout skills, swimming at some locations, and much, much
more. See the list below for camps being offered this summer:
